The Trees, nestled calmly as the center of eco-diversity, is a stunning main venue within this small
haven. This light and spacious space is the perfect setting for intimate weddings, company workshops,
and other celebrations. Measuring 96 square meters, the tall and spacious venue is decorated
with a versatile approach and provided with large window doors to provide natural light, along
with views of the surrounding gardens that enhance the ability to host a memorable occasion.
With its breezy and beautiful 241 square meter space, the Banyan Tree Deck serves its own purpose for
taking the meeting beyond the standard four-wall experience and adding a touch of natural vitality to
any event. Complemented with a bar and the beautiful water pond feature, and flanked by idyllic rice
fields and shaded by an immense and inspiring banyan tree, this is a uniquely energizing location for

The Sriwedari Convention Center is ideal for lectures, corporate meetings, gala banquets, celebrations,
and large-scale seminars. The 113-square-meter venue may be configured in a variety of ways to
accommodate the needs and numbers of attendees at the event. Natural light pours in through
large floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of gardens lend a fresh and energetic vibe. This huge and
multifunctional meeting space includes a lobby, pantry, restrooms, a pre-function area, and a Rooftop
Deck above that can also house a separate event or an after party

The Brahma Board Room is an ideal choice for executive meetings and productive management
discussions. A long central table can seat 20 persons, and at 56 square meters, the room is a comfortable
yet intimate setting for meetings. Decorated in varnished dark wood surfaces and illuminated by
natural light, the Brahma Board Room has a warm and earthy ambiance that’s rooted in its natural

Half Day Packages

Plataran Ubud provides meetings packages to suit your needs, budget and timeframe. Half-day board meeting provision can be tailored to residential and
non-residential bookings and includes catering facilities for one coffee break and a main meal. Meeting packages include the use of our sound system,
along with a screen and projector for presentations. For the comfort and convenience of attendees, basic stationery and light refreshments are also
included in the table setup.

Full Day Packages

Full-day meeting packages at Plataran Ubud combine all the provision needed for successful board meetings. This includes stationery, sound system,
presentation facilities and light refreshments. In addition, two coffee breaks are provided for attendees, along with a main meal. Residential and non-
residential packages are available, with accommodation based on single or twin room configuration.
