AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF A CONSTRUCTION LAND

Concluden on day _______ 20 _______ year in _________ between:

1. A.A. with apartment on st. __________________ no. ________, in _________,

IDN ________________, as seller from on side and

2. B.B. with apartment on st. __________________ no. _______, in

IDN __________, as buyer from other side, on the following way:

1. The seller is owner of a construction land (plot) in village ____________, which Is a gift from his
uncle and it’s under k.p. no. _____ CM ______ with a surface area of m2, so this plot as a
construction land sells to the buyer B.B. from _________ for total purchase price of __________
euros, in denars according to the National Bank of RNM average exchange rate.
2. The buyer B.B. buys the plot from clause 1 from this Agreement as a construction land and
obligates himself to pay the purchase price to the seller at the latest after signing and
certification of this Agreement.
3. All costs for verification of this Agreement, as well property tax will be paid by the seller.
4. The construction land is sold without any additional costs.
5. The buyer took possession of the plot before the final payment of the price and the seller
comply with that.
6. The seller according to this Agreement is obligated to transfer the plot of the buyer in Cadastre
and in case of not completing this, the buyer is authorized to perform registration himself,
without presence of the seller.
7. For everything not provided for in this Agreement provisions of Law will be used from Law of
Obligations and Principal in a Real Estate Transactions.
8. This Agreement is composed of 6 (six) notarized identical copies, 2 (two) of which for each party
and one for the notary and one for the Public Revenue Office.
