Credit points 2 credit points (equivalent with 3 ECTS)
Requirements Students must meet minimum of 80% attendance
according to the
examination
regulations
Recommended Have ever taken basic Environmental science, and General Biology
prerequisites
Module After completing the course and given with this case:
objectives/intended Intended Learning Outcomes
learning outcomes (PLO 2) Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, innovative, scientific
thinking and methods in solving problems in biology and other related
fields

Content Students will learn about:

The History, role and function of AMDAL, sustainable
development, process of preparing AMDAL documents (KA-
ANDAL, RPL, RKL) as the form of legal and scientific documents
including several government regulations that serve as guidelines for
the implementation of environmental impact analysis. The basic
concepts and management of environmental impact assessments are
broken down from several stages and discusses the specific methods
used at each stage in various aspects, such as aspects of Biology,
Chemical, Physics, Health, socioeconomic, ecology, transportation,
and others. Mitigation and monitoring measures that need to be
carried out to reduce the impacts that occurred
Forms of Assessment is carried out based on written examinations,
Assessment assessment/evaluation of the learning process and performance
with the following components: Presence and Activity: 10%;
Structured tasks: 40%; Mid Test: 25%; Final Test: 25%
Final index is defined as follow:
A (86-100); A- (81-85); B+ (76-80); B (71-75); B- (66-70); C+ (61-65);
