    PETITION FILED UNDER SEC.315 OF Cr.P.C ON BEHALF OF ACCUSED


    The Petitioner/Accused above named submits as follows:

    1 That the above titled case is pending in the in this Hon’ble and fixed for today.

    2. That the accused/applicant is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated the
    above titled case.

    3. That the wants to appear as defence witness in support of her defence in the present
    case and hence, she seeks the permission of this Hon’ble Court to allow her to give
    evidence on oath by appearing as defence witness.

    4. That without the examination of the accused as defence witness on oath, true and
    correct facts would not be brought to the court’s record, for the notice of this Hon’ble
    Court for effective and proper adjudication of the case.

    It is therefore respectfully prayed that keeping in view the detailed circumstances, present
    application maybe allowed and the accused maybe granted a permission to appear as defence
    witness and give statement on oath in support of her case, in the interest of justice.
