Tips
Here are some tips that should help to make sure we can read the code:

Please do not cut inside the black outline (the space to the left and right of the code is quite important).
It is a good idea to laminate the code with plain, thin, untextured film (such as is used to cover text books), to avoid sweat or rain damage.
It should be fine to print the barcode with any ink jet or laser printer, but please avoid using draft quality - barcodes printed like that may not be readable.
Best results will be achieved by printing onto plain white paper or card.
Please do not resize the barcode (either smaller or larger) - if you do, it will not work. Make sure your browser is not scaling the print.
The print page contains six copies of your barcode - these are spare barcodes that can be left in convenient safe places. Excellent places to leave these emergency barcodes are:
If you cycle, to the frame of your bike.
If you drive, in your car
With your phone
In your wallet
Under the insole of your running shoe
