M. Risk Schedule

The Tenderer shall adopt a proactive approach to addressing risks.


To demonstrate the Tenderer’s adoption of risk management, the Tenderer shall review
potential areas of risk risks relating to the delivery of the Works and identify the potential impact
on cost, schedule, HSE and other Objectives and the likelihood of occurrence. The Tenderer
shall also identify and describe mitigations for any unacceptable risks. For this analysis, the
Tenderer shall adopt a 5-level assessment of impact and likelihood and a 4-level rating of risk.
