    Sexual Harassments Of Women At Work Place Act

    In Tamil Nadu the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is implemented. The Department of Social Welfare is a Nodal
    Department under District Social Welfare Officers are the Nodal Officers implementing the Scheme in the District. As per the Implementation of the Sexual Harassment of
    Women at Workplace (prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) have to be established in all offices. The District Collectors are
    notified as District Officers who will constitute Local Complaints Committee (LCC) in every district.
