Hello! My name is Emma. I want to tell you about my favorite season. My favorite season is summer. I
love summer because the weather is warm and I can go swimming in the pool. I also like to play
outside with my friends. We have picnics in the park and eat ice cream. Sometimes we go to the
beach and build sandcastles. Summer is so much fun!

But there are other seasons too. In the fall, the leaves on the trees turn orange and yellow. I like to
jump in the piles of leaves and make leaf angels. In the winter, it gets very cold, and it sometimes
snows. I build snowmen and have snowball fights with my brother. In the spring, the flowers bloom,
and the birds sing. I like to go for walks and see all the pretty flowers.

Even though I love summer the most, I think all the seasons are special in their own way.
