AMRAP

As many reps or rounds as possible, dependent on the context in which

the term is used.

EMOM

Every minute on the minute.

Player

Fellow participants, wen performing a partner based WOD.

Warm up

A basic WOD to be performed prior to your main WOD in order to

stretch and warm up the muscles sufficiently to prevent injury.

For time:
A WOD that is designed to be timed. Record your best time upon

completion of the prescribed exercises/rounds.
