Pre-termination of Contract Notice

Dear Roger Gono,

We inform you that we will no longer require your services as our independent contractor
providing logistics and delivery services, as of May 17, 2023. This is in accordance with our
agreement which stipulates that:

“The Company may, for any cause, terminate this Agreement upon fifteen (15) days
prior written notice to the Contractor. If the Contractor wishes to terminate this Agreement,
the Company is entitled at its discretion (but not bound) to accept such termination
provided that the Contractor gives at least sixty (60) days prior written notice to the
Company.”

With this notification, we comply with the minimum notice period required by our agreement. We
decided to terminate our business contract due to Independent Contractor has resigned and
requested to claim his cash bond.

From this moment, our company will not place any more transactions with you. We won’t cancel
any orders or deliveries arranged before this letter unless we explicitly inform you. Ideally, all
outstanding orders should be completed before our contract is officially terminated. On our part,
we will clear any outstanding receivables in our account by May 17, 2023. To that end, we would
like to receive all relevant transactions by May 17, 2023.

Please confirm the receipt of this letter as the termination of our contract and the closing of our
