Dear Ms. Maricel Totao, 

Good day!

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the collective decision of the
administration that we will be ending your term of employment as FIELD SALES
AGENT with Joyice Everyday Inc. as of May 31, 2023. Please duly consider the
aforementioned date as your last day of work. 

Although we do not discount the efforts you have sincerely invested, we regret to
inform you that you have unsuccessfully met the company’s expectations.
According to the legal policies of the company, this is one of the acceptable
reasons to terminate your probationary employment along with the contract
executed on May 15, 2023.

Thereby, we request you to hand in your resignation letter along with all the
company documents and equipment to which you had full or partial access during
the probationary period. However, despite the termination from the company, we
shall duly process your outstanding wages.

We sincerely thank you for your contribution and your sincere efforts and we wish
you luck for your future endeavors.
