Terms and Conditions of Employment

Probationary Period: Your initial employment will be on a probationary period of 6


months. During this period, your performance and suitability for continued
employment will be evaluated, and your employment may be terminated at any
time without notice or cause.

Remuneration: Your salary will be 15 thousand per month, payable on the 15 and 30
of each month, subject to all applicable taxes and deductions.

Working Hours: Your regular working hours will be 40 per week. You may be
required to work additional hours as and when necessary, subject to applicable laws
and regulations.

Leave Entitlements: You will be entitled to 3 days of annual leave, 5 days of sick
leave, and 10 days of casual leave per year, subject to applicable laws and
regulations.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: You will be required to maintain the


confidentiality of all information, documents, and data pertaining to the company's
operations, customers, clients, and employees, and you will not disclose such
information to any third party without the company's written consent.

Termination of Employment: Your employment may be terminated by either party


by giving 3 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof, subject to applicable laws and
regulations.

Code of Conduct: You will be required to comply with the company's code of
conduct and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
