Dear Kayle:

Congratulations!

We are thrilled to extend you the role of full-time Count Room Associate at Hollywood Gaming
Dayton. You are joining a growing company but as big as we are, we still feel like family! The
details in this offer letter and your anticipated start date of February 27, 2023 are contingent upon
successful completion of your licensing process (if applicable) and pre-employment background
screening. You will be eligible for the following items of compensation:

Compensation: Your hourly rate will initially be $15.00 per hour, which will be paid bi-weekly,
less payroll deductions and all required with-holdings based on hours worked.

Paid Time Off: You will accumulate Paid Time Off (PTO) according to your Local PTO Policy to
provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, medical reasons, and personal pursuits. Paid Time Off is
earned based upon length of continuous service and time paid. Accruals increase with the length of
employment per property policy.

Health Benefits: Our benefits and wellness programs provide flexibility and choices to meet the
unique needs of our Team Members. You will be eligible to participate in our health benefit plans
on your official start date with the Company, provided you enroll within 30 days of this date. If you
elect to enroll in benefits, those elections will be effective date of hire.

401(k) Plan: Provided you are not an excluded Team Member, as defined by the plan, you will be
eligible to contribute the first day of the month following thirty (30) days of employment. There is
a discretionary company match of 50% of the first 6% of wages contributed beginning the first of a
quarter after one year of employment.

You will be an “at-will” Team Member who can resign or terminate your employment with the
Company at any time. Likewise, the Company may terminate your employment at any time and for
any reason whatsoever, with or without “Cause” or advance notice. This at-will employment
relationship cannot be changed except as approved in writing by a duly authorized Company
officer. The employment terms in this letter supersede any other agreements or promises made to

you by anyone, whether oral or written. As required by law, this offer is subject to satisfactory proof
of your right to work in the United States.
