Our staff will take care of all the necessary paperwork.
Construction Management
Our lead architect will constantly consult with you and manage the actual
construction. Our architect will also negotiate with suppliers to ensure all the
materials are of best quality and on budget.

Terms & Conditions

The Parties
This proposal (known as “The Proposal”), if accepted, shall legally bind [Archi House] (known as “The Company”)
and [George Orson] (known as “The Client”).
Service Details
The Proposal assigns The Company to develop and design a two-story house (known as “The Project”) for The
Client. The Project shall be completed within one (1) year. The Client shall provide The Company with all the
necessary documents and information for the design and development of The Project. The Developer will provide
weekly updates to The Client about the progress of The Project.
Amount
The Project shall cost $84,460. The Client shall pay 10% of the total cost to The Company for the retainer fee.
The remaining 90% shall be paid on a monthly basis.
Confidentiality
Both Parties recognize that the sharing of sensitive business information will occur while working on The Project.
Both Parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Ownership & Rights
The Company reserves the ownership of the intellectual property rights to all of the methods and processes
developed to complete The Project.
