The Demag DC-Pro chain hoist meets all the requirements of a Demag brand quality product and sets standards for
industrial hoists. It is a highly versatile chain hoist, which can be installed and put into service in a minimum of time.
The DC-Pro features highly convenient operation, high productivity, optimum utilisation of the available height and
maximum reliability and meets the efficiency and safety-relevant requirements of a state-of-the-art hoist unit.
The standard scope of delivery includes the following equipment:

- Contactor control with 24V control voltage (with internal tri-state signal transmission)
- An operating limit switch for the highest and lowest hook position for reliable switch-off of the chain hoist in
the limit positions
- An elapsed operating time counter that can be read from the outside
- Two standard hoist speeds as the main and creep lifting speeds
- The speed-monitored braking and clutch principle provides for a high level of safety, reliability and
a long service life
- Gearbox is maintenance-free for up to 10 years, brake and slipping clutch for up to 5 years
- For service purposes, the operating parameters can be read out from the chain hoist control system via
an optical display or wirelessly by means of the integrated infrared diagnostic interface
- All electric connections of the chain hoist are of plug-and-socket design
- A central service enclosure that provides direct access to all
important plug-and-socket connections and simple chain lubrication
- Fast and simple replacement of the chain drive without having to remove the motor or gear parts

Travel drive

integrated on the control board, smooth starting via ramps.

- Protection against overheating by temperature monitoring.
- The travel drive is fitted to the relevant trolley.

The travel speed, acceleration and braking ramp can be programmed to meet specific
application requirements via the control pendant.
