I am a regular importer of Weighing Scale and it’s spare parts from China and have good relations
with the suppliers for long term business relationship. There is a interweigh exibition in china where
we can met all the party we are dealing. Also we would like to see new technoliges and new
ssupplier to meet for expanding our business. There are some new products needed to be
customized as per my requirements. I need to calculate the costing for bulk quantity business. We
need to see the final product after finish. The packing and labeling also needs to be customized
accordingly to the new styles. We need to see the packaging live and how the final product looks
like after packaging.

passport no.X6890196 of above mention Company would like to travel China for business meeting
with M/s. Jiangsu Hongli Weighing Equipment Co, Ltd..I will be travelling from 18 THAPRIL 2023 to
24THAPRIL 2023.

All the arrangements and expenditure during my stay will be borne by me.

As per above mentioned purpose we are submitting all the necessary documents here with the
application. We are waiting for your prompt reply soon from your side and grant the necessary visa
to us.
