Moreover, he started scolding me and his tone was harsh. It was so embarrassing as everyone around
was staring at me as if I were caught committing an illegal act. It made me so angry and uncomfortable
throughout my journey.

The purpose of security personnel should be to protect the people and to help them when needed. I
hope the disciplinary committee will take action against this impolite and offensive behavior of your
security personnel. Their rude behavior may tend to be a bad stature for people, especially foreigners.

 Driving carefully and within the speed limit;

 More stringent laws should be implemented to punish those who violate traffic laws.

Authorities must make sure to make people follow such rules and laws. For this, the National Highway
Authority is requested to take the necessary steps. Life is a gift of God. We will be very thankful if the

 Structural damage due to landslides and mudflows;

 Reduction in production due to stormwater eroding fertile soil;

 Disease-carrying mosquitoes and other pests breed in standing water.

The rural areas of our city have suffered the most. On top of that, the poor people living in these areas
can not afford to compensate for the loss by themselves. In such a situation, it is recommended by
professionals to:

 Have the drainage system professionally cleaned and tested once a year    to prevent such a
collapse to occur again;

 Providing proper sanitary conditions even in rural and low-lying areas;

 Clearing away any debris that might have been collected and making sure to keep wastewater
and the pipes in check.

As you know, the city Government is responsible for providing such basic needs. It would be highly
appreciated if the Government takes an action to prevent the recurrence of a similar situation in the
future and to compensate for the loss of those who suffered.
