Respected Sir
It has been always great experience spending quality time with friends at
your Garden Town coffee shop. Your range and quality of coffee does not
match with any other restaurant in the town.
Yesterday, my friends and I visited to your new Gulberg branch but
unfortunately the coffee served was tasteless, cold and coffee beans were
not even grind properly which was not justified with high prices. Waiters
were not talking orders and serving after an hour. Also, they did not even
bother to clean the table which was disappointing.
I hope you will address these issues as soon as possible and set quality
standard at your new branch as well.
