Dear Mrs. Movilla,

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the food I received
at your establishment. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed my dining experience at
your restaurant, but my recent visit has left me greatly disappointed.

I ordered the 1pc chicken w/ fries and drinks from your menu, but to my surprise, the food was
not up to your usual standards. The dish was undercooked and lacked the flavor that I have come
to expect from your restaurant. I must also mention that the service was extremely slow, and it
took an unreasonable amount of time for our food to arrive. As a result, some of the dishes were
cold by the time they reached our table.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service I received
during my visit. I have always recommended your restaurant to my friends and family, but after
this experience, I am not sure if I would want to do so again.
