Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment about my recent dining experience in one


of your restaurants. On 15th March me and my wife came to your restaurant with high
expectations for our meal as our friends told us about their very pleasant dinner, but
unfortunately our experience was very negative.

Firstly, when we arrived the table was very dirty and it was not wiped down properly, under
the table there were leftovers after other customers that were very smelly so we had to
change tables. Secondly, the staff seemed disinterested in their work which caused a very
bad atmosphere because we felt like we were there by force, but mainly they messed up my
order twice and when I asked for a refill of my cup they forgot. Furthermore, the food was
also extremely disappointing because it was cold, lacked flavour but mainly the meat was
raw.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant and we did not enjoy it at all. Therefore, I would like to
ask for a full refund of our dinner and also the $8 I had to pay for the parking because I do
not think that the dinner was value for the money we had spent but a scam.

I am looking forward to hearing from you and hope you will take my advice and reconsider
how you want to run your net of restaurants.
