Good Taste Restaurant and Jacks Restaurant

Good Taste Baguio Restaurant

• Service quality – Good Taste Baguio is a good restaurant and they have a good food that
good for family celebrations or occasions that can really satisfy you and it’s not that pricy.
But the food serving is really slow. You have to wait more than one hour for your food to
serve. I don’t really know what is the main problem of their company either they have a
few staff or their establishment needed to expand. Hopefully it will change in future.
• Value you received – They have a very good food and a reasonable price.
• What were the tangibles of its service/ products?
-Different types of foods which are soup, main course, different types of beverages, and
desserts.
• What were the intangibles that made it significant to you?
- Their very slow food serving.

Jacks Baguio Restaurant

• Service quality – Jacks Restaurant in Baguio and Good Taste Baguio is almost the same
in terms of the food menu. But Jack food serving is not that slow. In my experience, I ate
at Jacks in several times and based on my observations the food serving is like 15 to 20
minutes only. It depends how many customers they have. I never experience waiting almost
an hour to this restaurant.
• Value you received - They have a very good food and a reasonable price also, big portion
of food for one person, and fast serving.
• What were the tangibles of its service/ products?
- Different types of foods which are soup, main course, different types of beverages, and
desserts.
• What were the intangibles that made it significant to you?
-Warmth welcome to customers, eye catchy uniforms of staff because they are wearing
traditional clothes, Fast serving, and Quality service.

- My unforgettable experience of Bad Customer Service is on Manila city and


suddenly I forgot the name of their restaurant. Me and my friends entered on
their restaurant and upon entering we did not feel the hospitality towards us.
We asked the staff what their best seller was and his face was frowning and his
like too lazy to talk to us. We felt that energy. We quickly got up and left the
restaurant because that’s is our pet peeve almost all of us. We just looked for
another restaurant.
- My Good Customer Service is on Baguio which is Heritage Mansion Buffet
Restaurant & Café. Entering the Restaurant you will feel the warmth welcome
of the staff, They’re very professional welcoming customers, You will see their
smiley faces while talking to you, Assisting to your respective tables, and
assisting customers where are the foods they like or prefer to eat.
