TECHNICAL PLAN

This study discusses about the process of production and the activities of the business. It states

also the machineries and equipment used in production and other aspect regarding bringing the raw

material into finished products ready for trade. Plant layout, size and structures are all presented for the

purpose of identifying the business operation. Also product specifications the product processes using the

flowchart. The list of machinery, tools and equipment are enumerated with their corresponding cost, raw

materials and plant fund sources are cited.

Production Process

Pinoy Style Nachos

Ingredients:

1. Ground pork

2. Cucumber

3. Tomatoes

4. Cheese Spread

5. Mayonaise

6. Nachos

7. Lettuce or Cabbage

8. Garlic, onion and salt

Step-by-step Procedure

1. Sauté garlic, onion and ground pork, add salt to taste. Set aside.

2. In a plate put some Nachos, add tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce/cabbage.

3. Add sautéed ground pork.

4. Spread with mayo and cheese.

5. Add some grated cheese on top.

Mango Graham Shake

Ingredients:

1. 1 pc ripe mango

2. 1 ½ cups crushed grahams

 3. 3 tbsp mango-flavored condensed milk

4. 1 tbsp sugar

5. 2 tbsp all-purpose cream

6. 3 cups crushed ice

Instructions:

1. Slice the mango into cubes.

2. In a blender, combine crushed ice, about 2 tbsp mango cubes, mango-flavored condensed milk,

and sugar. Blend until smooth.

3. Put some crushed grahams at the bottom of serving cup. Add mango shake. Lastly, put crushed

grahams with mango cubes, mango-flavored condensed milk, and all-purpose cream on the top.

4. Serve and enjoy your mango graham shake.

Materials and Equipment

Blender

A blender is a kitchen and laboratory appliance used to mix,

purée, or emulsify food and other substances. A

stationary blender consists of a blender jar with a rotating metal blade at

the bottom, powered by an electric motor in the base.

Ice Crusher

A device for crushing ice. Specifically a kitchen grinder

having a hopper, a crank, blades, and a cup and used for crushing ice

cubes

Deep Fyrer

A deep fryer is a kitchen appliance used for deep frying. Deep

frying is a method of cooking by submerging food into oil at high heat.

Griddle

A griddle is a cooking device consisting of a broad flat surface

heated by gas, electricity, wood, or coal, with both residential and

commercial applications. In industrialized countries, a griddle is most

commonly a flat metal plate, elsewhere typically a brick slab or tablet.

The plant location shall be located at Lilac Street fronting the Rainbow Street. Below is the
