I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a customer who recently had an
unsatisfactory experience at your restaurant. The reason for this letter is to express my
dissatisfaction with a chicken order I placed on 25/10/2023, which was not delivered as I
expected.
The order I placed was as follows:

Order Date and Time: 23/10/2023 17:24:00 hrs.
Unfortunately, when I received the order at my residence and opened it with the
expectation of enjoying a delicious meal, I was met with a situation that left me quite
unsatisfied. The chicken I ordered clearly did not meet the quality expectations I have for
your establishment. The issues I found in my order include:
Undercooked Chicken: The chicken meat was undercooked in some parts, posing a
health risk and offering an unpleasant taste.
Lack of Flavor: The chicken lacked the distinctive flavor and seasoning that I normally
enjoy when I visit your restaurant.
Missing Side Dishes: Upon reviewing the order, I noticed that some of the side dishes
were missing, such as chicken.
As a loyal customer of Carnes Coahuila, this experience was truly disappointing to me. I
expected a quality service and a delicious meal, as I have experienced in the past. Not
only was I frustrated by the lack of food quality, but also by the time and money I invested
in this order.
I hope this situation can be resolved satisfactorily. Please consider taking the following
actions to rectify this situation:
Replacement or Refund: I would like to request a replacement of my order with the quality
standards I expect, or a full refund of the amount I paid for my order.
Quality Control Improvement: I suggest reviewing your food preparation and delivery
processes to prevent situations like this from happening in the future.
I am confident that this is an exception, and your restaurant can provide quality service in
the future. I hope you will take steps to address this situation and restore my confidence in
your establishment. I appreciate your attention to this complaint and look forward to a
