In my experience, customer service in your store is usually good. However, the shipping service is quite
poor.

Last week, I ordered a shirt, but it did not arrive on time. Although my buy still shows the order
information, when it comes closer to my location, it shows shipping failed, despite the fact that I've
never gotten the product and have not received a phone call from the service. Because of this, I waited
two days for my order. As a result, it has yet to arrive, and when I checked my order information that no
longer showed status of the order.

This time my experience with your store not been satisfactory. That said, I am sure that you can correct
the situation. I would like you send my items again.
