For taking the attendance of the vendors for the purpose of checking the their
active status of the vendors that the vendor is active or not. For that we have to
use many software to use in the application which will be provided to the
vendors. I will explain which type of software we can use in the vendors app I
don’t have the proper specific knowledge of the software but I can give the idea
and after that the IT team can work on it and find that type of such software or
will develop for the Time2serve. I will discuss all the things which things should
be in the software and how it will work after installing that software.

THE VENDORS

 The vendor will use the other app so i suggest it that we have to take the
location permission of the vendor. By this we will get know that the where
is the vendor right now and by this also the will get the order of service.
 We will place a attendance button on the portal of the vendor app and we
will make the m understand that you have to mark your attendance in the
app.
 The IT team have to find the software that if the person who mark its
attendance then it comes in the form of the table in the Microsoft excel of
combined people who have mark their attendance.
 And an another software who combine the list of absent people who had
not marked the attendance.
 we have to make a folder who contain the attendance of the person.

 We require an another software for the vendors that if vendor is
active to the app then the last active should be show whenever he active.
 We will make a chat room in the vendor application so the vendor will
engage in the application and we can provide the information in that
application so they wee see and we get know about their active status the
vendor is active or not, if not so what is the last time he active and by the
location software we get know that where he was at that time.
 For attendance the vendor will have to mark their attendance in the
application which will provided to them and the attendance will come in
the form of the excel sheet.
 For all this the vendor will get the proper training for how to use the
application and how they get the order and how they can use other feature.
If they facing any problem regarding the service how they get help. And
also how they have to mark the attendance in the app. The proper training
will be provided to the vendors so they will not facing any problem
regarding any service.

companies and we can use in the good manner. I have the best idea for the

has done by our service providing business until he/she scan the
code.
7. If he scan the code then the message came to the customer that he
is the right person and one message went to the organization that

better than other ID cards and the second type of ID card can be
