Just dial which is founded in 1996 before 24 year ago and the work of JD (Just
Dial) is just providing the local search of different services in India through
medium of phone or online. So by this we get understand that many of the services
providing companies are already in the market so how can we survive.

So what next, if we see the history of the JD then we get that the VSS Mani who is
the CEO as well as the founder of the JD he started his career as a working for a
yellow page company and after that VSS Mani thought of replacing yellow pages
with a database of information that users could call to receive current information
about local business listings. To lauch his venture he choose Mumbai land line no

JD in 1996 with the capital of Rs 50,000 , with 5 employees and few rented
computer and with borrowed furniture.

After few years of hardwork justdial launch their website and mobile app in 2007
and it help them a lot to increase their business.

And on 20 may JD just launch their shares to the public and after that the value of
shares increase a lot.

Product and services

Justdial's "Justdial" service is a database of business listings that users can either
access by phone or online. The company also operates "Justdial Social", a service
that aggregates content from social media websites, TV broadcast, news, and other
sources; and "Search Plus Service", a service that manages online transactions via
the web and mobile apps.

Securities issues
On 10 October 2019 a major security flaw in Justdial’s Register API was detected.
The flaw allowed competent hackers to log into any Justdial account by simply
placing the phone number in the username parameter. By doing so, this granted
the hacker access to any person’s Justdial account. This vulnerability puts the
user’s personal data at risk, but also compromises the user’s social profile since the
hacker could use the system ID generated by exploiting the flaw to access the Just
Dial Pay account, and post on the user’s social profile.

Similarities to our business

 They are using the online mode after sometime of running the business and
their business boom by this, just like this we have also started the business
trough online and we will have good support by this
 They also dealing in the services by providing the mobile no of the vendors
we are same by in our business we provide the vendors no the no of the
vendor or any thing.
 If we see the history of the Justdial and the VSS Mani they started with the
less employees and a less capital and we see that we have also shortage of
capital but we have good amount of employees or the enterprenure and have
good minds.

Conclusion
If we compare to all these so we have good resources and many things by which
we can start our business. We just have to do something in the business

 Firstly we have a good securities in the app as well as in the website so no

one can hack the app and website by this we will secured and our data will
not loose.
 We have to start the business and before starting we have to open a helpline
no by which the customer get their doubt clear by calling on that no and
have good values by it.
 We have to open a calling centre in which if anyone who can’t order online
so they will call to our specific no and can avail the services by calling and
our prospective will order the service which he or she require on the behalf
of the customer and it will help a lot.
 We should open the complaint no on which the customer can complain and
we will help them and by this we will know where is default and how we
can overcome it.
 We should not do the same mistake which is done by the other organization
and we can research on the other services provider and what they did and
what the mistake happen. We have to be smart by researching and making
the new ideas.
 And most important we have to make new-new updates for the app and
websites because if our website and the app doesn’t work properly so we
can’t survive because most of the work which we provide is through online
and if our online platform is not strong then we can’t survive in the market
so we have to research and make our online platform better.
 Good brain give you good profit so we have to take care that the people who
work in the organization in a good way.
