Background of startup and product:

Our startup is about an app, that is used to create easiness for the people that they can easily point the
location of the product they want to purchase. We do not want our customer to buzzle around the bazar
to find their favorite product. We provide services of nearest location pointer for a particular product,
online delivery, electrician, plumber, mad, and tailor.

Why have you decided to start your own business?

We have decided to start the business is to solve the problem of a society, to pursue our passion to
create change in the society and to create employment opportunities, earn a handsome unpredictable
revenue and make on your own boss.

Why is it the right choice for you and why are you determined to make it a success?

when a customer come out to bazar to buy anything he/she is not clear about the location that where to
buy it, so he/she wastes his most of his time and buzzle around the bazar and create rush in finding the
it.

I`m determined to make it success because by creating this app we provide nearest location pointer so
that any customer don`t have to buzzle around the bazar and we are solving the problem of society.

What do you think you have the skills, knowledge and experience to make it work?

Well, talking about the skills we have the skills to determine and solve the societal problems and convert
it into business model and make it run. And about the knowledge, we are “BS Accounting and Finance”
student so we had learnt much about the how to establish a business and make it run. Unfortunately,
we had no experience about the market but we have experienced employees with the help of them we
can make it run.

Explain any qualifications you have which you think will help you to run your business?

We have accounting and finance qualifications which will help us to run our business.
We can record monetary transactions, cost management and financial statements and make capital
budget, capital structure, etc.

What your name says about you and your business?

Our business name “Whaleshop” explains our main motive to create this app that is to provide nearest
location to our customer from where he/she can buy product. It is because whale use their ecosystem to
locate and to call each other.

How your name influences potential customers?

As discussed previously, this name clears our motive to provide better and nearest location will
influence our potential customers.

Whether the name you have in mind is already being used by another business?

No, this name isn`t used by anyone.

Is your business going to sell a product, a service or both?

Our business is totally service based. Its an app where retailers are added along with their location and
their products are listed. Our customer will come to this platform and search for the product, our app
will show relevant product and the location of the retailer from where he/she can buy it.

Our customers are individuals because we listed retailer products in our app for our customer.

Initially our typical customers are Multan based. But as we expand our business, we are looking to cover
the whole country (Pakistan).

Our aim is to provide a location to the customers which will help to easily find a product and the
customers save a lot of time that is spend on the shopping.
