ABOUT ME
I have always had a passion for helping others,
sports, health and fitness which led to me pursue
a BSc. in Kinesiology. I started my personal
training career during my 2nd year of university
and instantly fell in love with it. During my
undergrad I trained everyone from athletes, to
"average joes" with chronic conditions. I worked
as an evaluator for the Saskatoon City Policy and
Fire Department Applicant Fitness Testing too. I
then got my exercise therapist designation and
NSCA Strength and Conditioning and completed
my MSc. in Kinesiology. This led to me to work as
an exercise therapist for the health region
focusing on chronic disease management. I
realized I wanted to help my clients even more
so I went on to get 2 diplomas in Manual
Osteopathic Therapy and got my Neurokinetic
Therapy certifications as well. I then opened my
own clinic - Vitality Osteopathic and Exercise
Therapy - where I offer osteopathy, online
coaching and in person training. My clients saw
great success in improving pain, mobility and
weight loss but nutrition needed work which is
why I pursued my nutrition coaching
designation. I was angry of hearing what my
clients had been through with our health care
system and I was tired of the cookie cutter
approaches. You need to look at the whole
person, their entire life and experiences into
account. You need to really understand the
individual when trying to improve their health.
Which is why I do what I do! I provide you with
the education, and individualized support and
implementation methods so you can live a life of
resiliency and vitality!

WHAT TO EXPECT
NUTRITION AND HEALTH
COACHING
MINIMUM 6 MONTH COMMITMENT
Nutrition and health coaching requires time to learn about your
body and find which approaches you can stick to long term.
Establishing new habits and breaking old ones takes time. I do not
beleive in "quick fixes" because they never last. We are making a
commitment to reach your goals and that will take time,
consistency and work.
WHOLE BODY APPROACH
I look at more than just how many calories go in and out. The body
is much more complex than that. There are many things we have
to look at and address to set you up for success.
TRACKER
I strongly recommend using myfitnesspal and utilizing a food scale.
If you can I would also suggest a step tracker of some sort. You can
then simply put that data into our tracker that is shared on our
Google Drive (due weekly) and I respond back within 24 hours.
BI-WEEKLY VIDEO CHECK INS
15-30 minute zoom calls to go over your last 2 weeks and how we
can set you up for success for the weeks coming up!

WHAT TO EXPECT
ONLINE TRAINING
MINIMUM 3 MONTH COMMITMENT
It takes time and consistency to see results. Allows for at least 3
phases of training and allows us to trouble shoot any
biomechanical or pain problems you may have.
TRAINERIZE APP
Everything is done through the app. There are video and written
explanations of all the exercises in your program. Any and all
information pertaining to your program are all in one place!
IN APP COMMUNICATION
You can communicate with me at anytime within the app, send
me messages, videos of exercise execution or leave comments
after workouts! I will always get back to you by the end of the next
business day (but usually sooner).

From this point forward we are a team working together towards your
goals. Your goals are now my goals and honesty and consistency will
dictate our success. I am all in on your journey and I hope you are too!

PROGRESS PHOTOS
I know, the idea of taking photos makes your stomach turn but I
PROMISE you it is so worth it. Otherwise you will regret it. There is no
judgement from myself and no one else has to see them. Over our time
together it is amazing to have visual proof of how your body as changed
over the course of the journey! Progress photos will be taken and
uploaded monthly to our shared Google Drive folder.
LOCATION
Take the photo in the same place every time. Aim for
some natural light, plain background and no shadows.
CLOTHING
Men: shorts and no shirt
Women: shorts and sports bra or tight tank top
*bottoms for both men and women should show upper leg
CONSISTENCY
Wear the same clothes each time and have the
camera at the same height and angle.
STANCE
We need:
one photo from the front and back (hands at side)

Diets do technically work IF you have a healthy metabolism and nervous
system . We do this by improving your gut health, focusing on adequate
recovery, increasing your energy levels and tackling other stressors.This
phase is essential to prepare you for the fat loss stage.

PAYMENT POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
Online Training - must pay for a minimum of 3 months after that
point you can cancel by sending a message through trainerize
before the next billing period.
Nutrition and Bundles - must complete the contract unless the
coach deems it an acceptable reason. Program can be put on pause
and completed at a later date as well.
Personal Training - refer to individual package contracts.
Refunds - there are no refunds on PIF packages but they can be put
on pause and completed at a later date. No refunds for 6 and 9
month packages - if they are cancelled prior to the contract end
date you will be required to pay each month completed as if it was
non-contract program.
