Request for some improvements at the English lab.

Dear Mr. Revelo,

Let us introduce ourselves, we are students in the fifth level of the English Major. The main reason
why we are writing this letter is about four specific problems that we have seen in our English Lab,
these are: Broken computers, slow internet connection, disorganized desktop, and high temperature
inside the lab.
Therefore, we are going to proceed and explain in detail each one with their possible solutions. At
first, some computers do not work, which slows down the class's progress. Because of this, hiring an
IT technician to repair or replace the malfunctioning computers would be a good idea. Moreover, the
internet connection is unstable and sometimes goes off. An exclusive network may work it out the
instability problems. In the same way, students download lots of files and documents generating a
mess in the computer desktop. The lab staff should implement a desktop management policy,
requiring students to organize their files properly. Lastly, the temperature in the lab is too hot, making
it uncomfortable for students to concentrate. From our point of view, the staff could install air
conditioning or fans to regulate the temperature and create a more comfortable learning environment.
