Description: The "Volleyball Skills Circuit" is an activity that works the development of
the basic skills of volleyball, such as passing, lifting, attack and defense, in an integrated
and dynamic way. The activity is carried out in pairs, in which one player goes through
all the positions, while the other makes the defense. To carry out the attack, an
inclined wooden crate is used, in which the student performs the attack and the ball
returns to the defense, providing a more complete and challenging training. With this
activity, students develop teamwork, motor coordination, concentration and quick
decision making, in addition to improving volleyball techniques.

Description: In this double activity, the students will perform ball exchanges following
movements ordered by the teacher, which can be varied and challenging. In addition,
the inclusion of a second ball increases the complexity and motor coordination of the
participants. The activity is excellent for developing communication and cooperation
between students, as well as working on agility, precision and creativity in movements.
