Need to remember to 'hide' units after their chapters are over!!

When doing part 4, restarting a chapter deletes all units of the chapter so no more
new game plus. ...maybe? or just keep stats.
3F is the only Phantom used, the others are free character slots.

Need to remember to fix characters that are dead! If you repeat their recruitment
chapter it deletes them from
the party so they can start over, else if a different chapter it will just not
spawn them.
Check the 'IsSethLArachelMyrrhInnes Table' patch for characters that are KOd but
need to appear in a cutscene.

Also need to remember to do stuff with ultimate weapons! When doing a chapter over
it deletes the ones you have and
reinstates them so you get fresh copies with all of their uses, maybe this only
happens when the weapons appear?
