All necessary documents/proof must be submitted to HAW Hamburg.

from 14 Nov 2023 HAW Hamburg sends emails to the successful applicants.
If you have been accepted, you can now download your letter of admission (see above for
login).
If you want to accept the place of study you must adhere to the stated deadline and submit
the signed declaration of acceptance with all of the required documents listed in the
admission letter to Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Please remember to transfer
the semester fee on time. If all required documents have been submitted within the deadline,
you will receive your semester documents as soon as possible.

End February 2024 HAW Hamburg sends emails to the unsuccessful applicants.
If you have not been accepted, you can now download your notice of rejection (see above
for login).
Information: The application documents for unsuccessful applicants are destroyed at the end
of the admission procedure.

until 31 March 2024 An imbursement of the semester contribution fee (excluding the administrative fee
of € 50,-) is only possible, if you reject the admission on the online platform Helios
or Hochschulstart as well as return your admission documents latest by the 28th of
February.
