    and the Kitchen brigade, including setting performance standards and monitoring
    performance;.

    My experience is an excellent fit for the list of requirements in this job:

    Undertake training & development from senior chefs


    Cook and plate food according to agreed recipes and standards of mise en
    place
    Completed National Certificate in Hospitality Level 4 - Professional Cookery
    is preferred
    Completed National Diploma in Hospitality in Professional Cookery
    qualification Level 4
    Excellent understanding of food hygiene guidelines, Food Safety
    Physically fit and able to stand for the duration of a shift
    Recognised appropriate qualification advantageous
    Basic Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
