WHAT IS COOKERY NC II?
What is Cookery NC II? The Cookery NC II encompasses the
necessary skills to maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, as well
as to expertly cook and prepare both hot and cold meals and
desserts for guests in a wide range of food and beverage service
establishments.
PROGRAM GOALS FOR COOKERY NC II QUALIFICATION
• Increase employment rate of graduates in COOKERY NC II
from 65% to 80% after taking up National Assessment for
Cookery
• Establish sustainable and quality training in COOKERY
responsive to the need of industries.
