Personal note: I have not used any kind of AI to generate

anything in my presentation . i know many people would
be doing that , these all are ideas that I personally had
and even thought about executing some of them as my
experience grows in business.
PROBLEM 1

The first problem is related to gyms in the campus.

Not everybody in campus have the knowledge or
experience about how to use gyms and how to workout in
a way that helps them achieve their health goals .

The trainers that are available in the gyms

are always on their phone or are just there
for the sake of it . If someone wants to lose
weight , lets say a freshman , who shall he
consult about what to eat , what exercises
should he do . how often do you exercise ?
There is no one .
 SOLUTIONS
This is not just a solution, it’s also a business opportunity
for the people who know gymming on the campus.

The people who volunteer to do this service(preferably

someone with a good physique) can charge interested
students about 1250 rupees only for 6 months,which is
not at all costly for becoming healthy in 6 months.But
what we do is we offer a scheme that if you bring a
friend along with you,both of you get a discount i.e.
around 1125 for both of them(this is to cater the fact that
people like to workout with their friends and this offer will
solidify the fact that they want to commit to this
service). We can extend this to up to 3 people and do it
for 1000 for all 3 . Lets say 100 people in total sign up for
this , in six months the person can earn around 1 lakh.
 PROBLEMS WITH THE
SOLUTION ITSELF
I know what you are thinking, a single
person can’t handle 100 people. And
even if he does, 1 lakh is too less for 6
months.

So if we think about it, we can make it

easier by dividing the physiques of
customers/students and making a plan
for every type and distributing it to
them. And for the amount , we can test
the waters of a low price first and fall
back on a higher price later.
PROBLEM 2
TOO MANY EVENTS TO KEEP
TRACK OF
I think we will all agree that there are
too much events happening at all
times on the campus which is actually
really hard to keep track of. There is
always something happening. This is
something that I as a fresher I faced in
my day to day to life a lot.

Solution 2
This solution can actually
create a big difference in
students’ life because of how
common this problem is.
We will be creating a sort of social
media calender app on which only
the admins can post(in which
case it is not really a social media
app but still). This calender app
consists of all possible events for
coming week or month from
seminars , webinars , intro talks ,
group discussions to even classes
scheduled. I see people with their
time table on their homescreen as
wallpaper all the time which can
be solved with this app.
We will be creating channels for clubs,
batches, and sports groups as well.
Admins can be seniors, CRs, and
coaches respectively.
Also, there will be a general calendar on
which all the events are there
irrespective of what channel you have
joined.
Students can also mark their events on
the app personally which no one else
can see to make it the only calendar
they have to use ( for eg their friend's
birthdays, study tasks, etc.).
Also, there will be interests, which a
student can add, and whenever there is
an event related to that particular thing,
he/she will get a notification alarming
them.
Not only this, we can even scale this
app by allowing multiple colleges using
it . All they would have to do is create a
server for their college and get it
verified after which the students of that
university can join the server. This can
be the calender app for every student
in India/Bharat.
 PROBLEM 3
THE CHANGE IN EDUCATION
STYLE
We as freshers have experienced a
sudden change in studies , there isn't
much study material which we were all
used to before coming to college.
this can be changed by a learning app
. Although we do have NPTEL and other
YouTubers Lectures , but they are either
not available for all the courses or not
complete and according to our course.
 SOLUTION 3
I dont really have a true solution for this , I
cant give all the details like i have given for
other problems.I included this because i
wanted all my genuine problems to be in
this presentation .
everything that i actually felt bothered me
and i thought of their solutions with my
business minded brain.
although a solution i can think of is that we get
a senior or a teacher to record lectures , in a
way that students understand them
completely . ITS VERY RISKY FOR ME TO PUT THIS
SLIDE IN , BUT IM GOING TO DO IT ANYWAYS EVEN
THOUGH I KNOW IT CAN BACKFIRE , But i also
know that you guys are our beloved seniors
and will understand me.
