Dear maam,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing this letter to
inform you of unexpected situation that requires my immediate attenttion and
necessitates my excuse for this important event as a pledgee. I have recently received
news from my health care provider that I need to undergo surgery.
Due to multiple anal warts, my doctor has advised me that surgery is the most viable
course of action to ensure a complete recovery and restore my over all well-being. After
careful consideration and consultation with speacialist, it has been determined that it
may need surgery as soon as possible or it will get worst and may lead to anal cancer.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to my colleagues and my team. This
information is very sensitive to mine and I hope it will remain private and keep my
confidentiality. I will attached a copy of referal sugery here to prove this letter and in the
letter will reveal my very own private and confidential health issue.
I kindly request your understanding and support during this challenging time. Thank you
