What do you think can still be done to promote and uphold the indigenous people knowledge
systems and practices and rights in school?

We should support the indigenous people’s educational system because it’s their right to learn and to be

taught. We need them to give an opportunity to explore and expand their understandings for them to

their knowledge on a real-life situation. And we should encourage the government to improve the

quality education in the indigenous places.

Reflect on your own development as a child, what type of parenting did you
experience? How did it affect you?
My parents employed an authoritative tone when I was a child and continue to do
so. My parents have a mixed parenting style in which they are both strict and caring
at times. My father grew more assertive after my mother died. Nonetheless, he
ensures that we will not rebel. It contributes to who I am now, which is why I
consider myself fortunate to have parents who love and respect us.

As a future teacher, how would you establish good home-school collaboration?

How can you work well with the parents? How can you help them? How can
they help you?

Homeschool teachers can give highly individualized training geared to their

students' specific needs and learning styles. This one-on-one method can be quite
beneficial in assisting pupils in grasping concepts and excelling academically.
Teachers frequently have more freedom in terms of teaching methods, timetables,
and curriculum selection. This enables them to adjust to the kids' particular needs
and create a more dynamic and interesting learning environment. In
homeschooling, teachers and parents communicate more frequently. Regular
updates, progress reports, and feedback sessions can all help to foster a more open
and honest relationship. Teachers can provide guidance, tools, and suggestions for
growth, while parents can share their perspectives and thoughts. As a result, they
can observe a child's improvement. Homeschooling is a joint effort by parents and
teachers.

ANALYZE

Were the routines effective in ensuring discipline and order in the class? Why?
Why not?
It helps the kids become more organized and conscious of their actions. They are aware
of what should be prioritized and what should be set aside. The layout of the classroom,
including the seating arrangements and group activities, might affect how well pupils get
along with their classmates. For instance, group seating for students may stimulate
collaboration, but separate tables may promote solitary study. The social dynamics in the
classroom might be affected by the choice of organization.

Which of those routines were systematic and consistently implemented?

The teacher should take a variety of aspects into account while planning classroom
routines and structure in order to create a productive and comfortable learning
environment. The first thing that we do every day is to pray, we pray before we start our
lecture. The teacher is also the one who’s responsible in organizing and making available
the textbooks, learning resources, technology, and other things that students will require
for their study. Establish a strategy for controlling behavior in the classroom, which may
include rewards, penalties, and communication with parents or guardians. In order to
resolve problems and disseminate critical information, the teacher should maintain
effective and open communication with children, parents, and other staff members.

Which of the routines will you most likely apply in your class? Why? Why not?
Here are some things that I consider to do when in classroom. The behavior management
techniques that were successful in controlling the students are practicing positive
behavior reinforcement, which will help them learn responsibility and self-awareness.
Make sure lessons are well-paced and intriguing. Disruptive conduct might result from
boredom or frustration. Verify that the course material is appropriate for the age and
ability level of the learners. Each person learns how to settle disputes in a respectful and
effective manner. They can handle interpersonal conflicts and curtail disruptive conduct
by doing this. The most crucial thing here is to establish a good rapport with your
students. Students are more inclined to collaborate and behave properly when they feel
valued and cared for.
