RULES OF ASSEMBLY
The condition of effectiveness of thermal insulation and durability of a wooden construction is protection
against moisture. Vapor insulation film DIFOL is intended to build barriers which regulate water vapor
movement from usable spaces of a building to installation spaces of a roof, a ceiling or a wall. DIFOL film
is installed from the inside of the room. Strips of film are placed parallelly with an overlap of min. 10 cm
and connected to each other what ensures tightness. They are fastened directly to the rafter or the load-
bearing structure with staples or nails. The film may directly contact the thermal insulation. It is recom-
mended to leave a gap between the film and the building. It is recommended to use pressure bars
(counterlaths). OBR S.A. brand
