In addition, students are already giving exam of other subjects. The problem is only for metamaterial course.

We are bound to conduct the exams within the approved dates only unless there is an approval from higher
authorities. Further, students were required to report any clashes/issues by 31st Jan. We may take it as a special
case but the exam needs to be conducted between 8-11th Feb unless an approval is obtained to conduct it on 12th
Feb. If nothing works out then students always have the option to opt for make-up examination also in genuine
cases.

arisen regarding the upcoming minor-1 exam for "Metamaterials."

According to the communication we received from the office, the exam is currently scheduled for
February 10th. However, it has come to our attention that there is also a GATE exam scheduled for
February 10th and 11th, which four of our fellow students are set to appear for.Considering the
significance of both the minor-1 exam for "Metamaterials" and the GATE exam for the students
involved, we kindly request your consideration in rescheduling the minor-1 exam to avoid any
undue stress or conflicts for those students.
