Sir:

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to request the department
fund of the College of Hospitality Management for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2023-
2024 to support the funding of our upcoming Foundation Day celebration scheduled to take place on
February 21, 22, and 23, 2024 as Hospitality Management students prepares to commemorate this
special occasion, we are excited about the opportunity to showcase the impact of the skills and
knowledge gained from this institution.

This Foundation Day serves as an important milestone, allowing us to reflect on the

accomplishments and milestones achieved over the years. It is also a time for us to express our
gratitude to the individuals and organizations that have been instrumental in supporting our mission.

While we have made significant efforts to secure funds through various channels, additional financial
support is crucial to ensure the success of our Foundation Day celebration. The funds will be
allocated towards departmental shirt, sports uniform, and other necessary materials needed for the
said activity.

In view thereof, we humbly request to release the department fund of the College of Hospitality
Management for the second semester of Academic Year 2023-2024. Attached are the summary of
expenses or budget for this undertaking.

Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to the possibility of collaborating with you
and making our Foundation Day celebration a memorable and meaningful event.
