Dearest Sir/ Madame:

Greetings from General Parent Teachers Association (GPTA)!

As part of the active cooperation of the parents in the efficient promotion of the welfare of our
children. GPTA officers would like to propose for a fund-raising project with details below:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
2024 ELEMENTARY & JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL MR. & MS. UCC AMBASSADOR
A Fund-Raising Project of GPTA

Following the resounding success of the Mr. and Ms. 2023 event last school year, we are eager
to build upon the foundation and make this year’s event even more remarkable. With a new sets
of officers in place, we are committed to fostering an environment of excellence and
camaraderie within our school community.

The Mr. and Ms. UCC Ambassador program serves as an opportunity to showcase the
exceptional talents, leadership qualities, and dedication of our students. By participating in this
program, students have the chance to develop valuable skills such as public speaking,
teamwork, and event organization, all while presenting our school with pride and distinction.

The Fund-Raising Project of GPTA is an innovation fund developed by GPTA Officers. This
project aims to raise a fund to support the school in purchasing materials and the need for
improvement of school facilities and equipment. This will also teach our learners the essence of
friendship, dedication, professionally, sportsmanship, and many more. The mechanics will be
details in the next pages.

Objectives:
● To support the school need for the improvement of the school facility and equipment.
● To generate funds that will be used in purchasing materials for other school improvement
projects
● The objective of the pageant is to empower candidates. This will also build confidence
and leadership skill as those winning candidates would become a role model.

Expected Accomplishment:
At least 80% of

Geographic Coverage:
All UCC Elem and JHS grade level are encourage to have at least One Female and One male
representative per Grade Level per section.

April 2024

This GPTA Fund-Raising Project highlights the strong participation of UCC students and parents
while supporting the learners/ ambassadors in the future.

Almost 100% of learners in UCC will benefit this project.
