I am CHASTY LEIGH B. BALMACEDA, currently a Grade-12 student in Science,

Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics at Trece Martires City Senior High School. As per
DepEd Order no. 30, s. 2017, I have to complete the 80-hour real Work Immersion program in
order to partially fulfill the requirements for graduating from senior high school. Along with
offering an opportunity for work-related experiences that are in line with my chosen field of
specialization, this training will also greatly benefit me in evaluating the knowledge I have
acquired in school. I am genuinely expressing with this that I am eager to be trained and engaged
in this prestigious institution. I'm willing to take on anything that will allow me to use my skills
to the fullest and contribute the most to your company.

I believe the necessary expertise and skills I have as a STEM student from my school will be
beneficial to the aforementioned training. As a Work Immersion student and as a worker trainee,
I assure to do anything to my ability with determination and passion. As I want to pursue a career
as a civil engineer in the future, I am willing to comply with training instructions and perform
tasks as given in the actual world of work. This is a great opportunity for me to enhance my
knowledge and abilities in my chosen field.
