Scope of Work:

1. DT activities SSV newsite

2. Scope area DT:
i. Determined routes
ii. Maximum route 10 km per site
3. DT activities will perform on:
i. Idle Mode (2G/3G/4G)
a. 2G Coverage: RxLev
b. 3G Coverage: RSCP
c. 4G Coverage: RSRP
ii. Dedicated Mode (2G/3G/4G)
a. 2G Coverage and Quality: Rx Level & Rx Quality
b. 3G Coverage and Quality: RSCP & EcNo
c. 4G Coverage and Quality: RSRP & SINR
d. 2G, 3G and 4G Throughput: Downlink Data
4. DT activities will perform with rules:
i. Short call dedicated 120ms/10ms and locked to band frequency 2G and 3G
ii. Protelindo will only provide DT route with no site list tower
iii. Call to free toll number and cost of consume data
iv. All route must have measurement data.
v. Locked per technology (2G , 3G & 4G)
5. Subcon has to deliver:
i. Drive Test log file
ii. Drive Test Result Plot in MapInfo format (.tab) and Google Earth (.kml)
a. 2G: RxLev & RxQual (idle & dedicated)
b. 3G: RSCP & EcNo (idle & dedicated)
c. 4G: RSRP & SINR (idle & dedicated)
d. Downlink Throughput for 2G, 3G and 4G data
