SUBJECT : Proposal for Positioning Survey Services to Support Pipeline Inspection in
OPHIR Field, Madura Strait (Proposal No: 19093/I/2019-Rev. 1)

Dear Pak Ferdy,

Further to our discussion in your office a few days ago regarding the above work, we are pleased to offer our
revised proposal for the geophysical survey services to support Pipeline Inspection and later for the
Positioning Survey Services to support ROV Pipeline Inspection for Oyong - Grati Pipeline (approx. 60Km)
and Maleo-EJGP Pipeline (approx. 7Km). The work will be conducted in 24 hours operation per day and
will be run in two shift of working team. Expected mobilization will be around the end of February 2019.

I. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK

Geotindo was requested to provide geophysical survey spread, positioning system and personnel to carry out
operation from the ROV/Inspection vessel provided by the Company. Equipment to be provided are as
follows:
For the first stage with Geophysical Pipeline Inspection:
a. Hemisphere DGNSS Positioning system with L-band Global DGNSS Corrections, c/w two set of
VS330 DGNSS receivers + dual antennae, and accessories.
b. Kongsberg µPAP USBL underwater positioning system, c/w one transceiver + Surface units, Motion
sensor (MRU) with 3 beacons + accessories.
c. Navigation and Data processing Software Packages with HydroPro/HYPACK/HYSWEEP,
AutoCAD and Terramodel software for Data Processing.
d. Multibeam and Single beam Echo Sounder
e. Sub Bottom profiler
f. Sidescan Sonar
g. One Party Chief, two Surveyors, two Geophysicists/Data Processor & two Survey Technician to be
able to work on 24 hours operations.

For the second stage with ROV Pipeline Inspection:

a. Hemisphere DGNSS Positioning system with L-band Global DGNSS Corrections, c/w two set
of VS330 DGNSS receivers + dual antennae, and accessories.
b. Kongsberg µPAP USBL underwater positioning system, c/w one transceiver + Surface units
with 3 beacons + accessories.
c. Single beam Echo Sounder
d. Vessel Mounted Current Profiler
e. One Party Chief, two Surveyors & two Survey Technicians to be able to work on 24 hours
operations.

Geotindo personnel with the survey spread provided will be utilized for the pipeline inspection along the
Oyong-Grati and Maleo-EJGP pipelines.

Processing and compilation of final report, including soft copy, with necessary charts provided during
geophysical survey will be prepared and plotted at a scale of 1:5000 or suitable size. Terramodel or Hypack
software will be used for data processing and presentation.

III. SCHEDULE OF PRICE

Based on the above schedule of work, number of personnel and equipment to be involved, we offer
the rates as follows:

Lumpsum Price:

Preparation = Rp. 6,000,000,-

Mobilization and demobilization of 7 Personnel

(Mob/demob Jakarta – Surabaya for Each Pipeline Inspection Campaign) = Rp. 19,200,000,-
Mobilization and demobilization of survey equipment
(Mob/demob Jakarta – Surabaya for 1st Pipeline Inspection Campaign) = Rp. 57,000,000,- or
(Mob/demob Jakarta – Surabaya for 1st Pipeline Inspection Campaign by road)
= Rp. 27,000,000,-

Mobilization and demobilization of 5 Personnel

(Mob/demob Jakarta – Surabaya for Each Pipeline Inspection Campaign) = Rp. 12,000,000,-

Notes:
All necessary cost during standby in port will be charged to Client at cost.

IV. SALES TERMS AND CONDITION

a) The validity of this quotation and its associated schedule of costs expire within 30 days after
the date of submission. Any extension thereof will require a written request to GEOTINDO and
the subsequent confirmation of approval by GEOTINDO.

b) GEOTINDO will commence a pre-project desk study within 15 days of notice of award of the
contract, and expect to mobilize the field survey group and equipment, to the project site within
ten (10) days of the receipt of the permits, subject to the availability of personnel and our
ongoing commitments on the day of notification of receipt of permits.

c) The required permits and security clearance (if any) are the responsibility of the Client. If
requested, GEOTINDO will assist in the arranging the security clearance for the survey from the
Armed Forces.

d) The cost of any permit is the responsibility of the Client.

e) Remuneration for the services will be in accordance with the following schedule:
50% : on completion of field work.
50% : on submission of final reports.

f) Payment shall be made within 30 days of invoice date. GEOTINDO reserves the right to charge
interest of 1.5% per month for any payment overdue.
g) All our quoted rates and prices are exclusive of 10% V.A.T. The amount is for the Client’s
account and will be added to our invoices.

 h) One (1) copy of the preliminary report will be submitted for the Client’s approval. Approval of
the preliminary report, with any alterations or corrections required by the Client, shall be
forwarded to GEOTINDO within ten (10) days of receipt of the preliminary report.

i) GEOTINDO will submit two (2) copies of the final report within fifteen (15) days of receipt of
the Client’s comments.

j) The parties hereto shall not be responsible to each other for any failure or delay in performance
of all or part of their respective obligations under this proposal, directly or indirectly owing to
causes or circumstances beyond their reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of
God, lock-out, strikes or compliance with labour agreements, fires or accidents, provided
however, that the party so prevented from compliance herewith shall take all actions within its
power to comply, as fully as possible, herewith and to preserve the respective interests of the
parties hereto, so long as such events continue.

k) Mobilization & demobilization costs are applied from our premises to nearest harbor and the
subsequent return from nearest harbor to our premises, on completion of the works. Daily rates
shall be commenced/applied when the equipment and personnel arrived at the Client port of
mobilization and ceased when the survey spread demobilized from the same port or nearest
harbour.

l) GEOTINDO reserves the right to change the method or equipment that is to be used, as long as
all substitutions meet with the Client’s requirements, or the project specifications.

m) GEOTINDO pledges that it shall not make public reference, or disclose any information about
the operations and interests of the Client, except with the prior written consent of the Client.

n) GEOTINDO present this proposal with the understanding that full knowledge of the nature and
scope of work are as set out in the ‘Scope of Work’. Any and all alterations, additions or
deletion of any ‘Scope of Work’ must be delivered to GEOTINDO in writing. Verbal changes
of ‘Scope of Work’ will not be considered an acceptable form of communication, in such
matters.

o) A mutually agreed contract, governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic
of Indonesia will be entered into, which will be signed for and on behalf of the Client and
GEOTINDO. The signatures to the contract will be duly authorized officers, acceptable to both
parties.
