SUBJECT: PROPOSAL TO UNDERTAKE SUBDIVISION SURVEY OF LOT 1847-F, PSD-04-125309 HAVING AN


AREA OF 10,650 SQ.M., TO BE SUBDIVIDED INTO 3 LOTS, LOCATED AT MALATGAO, NARRA,
PALAWAN.

Ma’am:

I am submitting herewith my proposal to undertake the survey services of the above noted subject/s under the
following terms and conditions:

1. Subdivision Survey
1.A. SCOPE OF WORK
1.A.1 Conduct of research (securing plans or maps, lot data or technical description, titles, etc.
needed for survey reference)
1.A.2 Preparation and computation of reference data
1.A.3 Conduct of field work and actual survey
1.A.4 Computation of data gathered from the field
1.A.5 Subdivision survey and staking out of corner monuments (P.S. or mohon) on the ground

1.B. OUTPUT AND DELIVERABLES


1.B.1 Approved subdivision survey plan from DENR or LRA
1.B.2 Approved Technical descriptions of the 3 lots

(Note: No. of days herein presented are just estimated working days, it could be done simultaneously
to speed up the work.

2. SURVEY COST
2.A Survey cost (10650 sq.m. subdivided into 3 lots) Php 40,000.00
2.B Mobilization Php 4,000.00
2.C Technical Research (certified previous subdivision plan) Php 1,000.00
Total survey cost Php 45,000.00

Note: (Court/Barangay Appearance fee is not included). For cases of properties with boundary disputes
and conflicts.

3. MODE OF PAYMENT
3.A DOWN PAYMENT Php 25,000.00
 100% payment for mobilization charge (4,000.00)
 50% down payment of the survey cost (20,000.00)
 Technical research-certified subd. Plan (1,000.00)

3.B 20% of the survey cost upon completion of the fieldworks Php 8,000.00
(monumenting of corner monuments or P.S.)
and submission of survey returns for approval of subdivision plan
at DENR / LRA

3.C 30% of the survey cost in exchange of the approved subdivision survey Php 12,000.00
Plan and approved technical descriptions of the 3 lots

4. METHODS OF EXECUTION
Upon receipt of the down payment, property survey will be set for schedule. The conduct of fieldworks
will start after all the data needed for survey referencing has been secured and survey execution may
still depend on the weather conditions. Preparations of survey map and other deliverables will follow
after the completion of fieldworks. Final survey output and reports shall be given to the client if the full
payment has been made.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS
5.A The client shall provide other necessary documents such as but not limited to Copy/ies of Titles,
SPA if needed, Survey Map/Plan if necessary, and other documents as needed to be used for
the research, approval requirements, and survey data referencing.
5.B If needed, the client shall help the Geodetic Engineer by providing authorization letter to
request for a Certified true copy of the previous subdivision plan and lot descriptions
5.C The client shall provide representative/s during fieldwork.
5.D The client for surveys outside Puerto Princesa City proper shall shoulder mobilization for the
survey team.
5.E Upon receipt of the down payment, the original copy of this contract with original signature will
be sent to the landowner/claimant.
5.F For requirements for subdivision approval, the client shall provide the following: (a) Latest
Certified True Copy of Title (b) Photocopy of ID with signature of the lot owner or authorized
person (c) Signed Subdivision plan by the lot owner or authorized person
5.G For the initial or down payment of the survey cost received by the surveying office, 90% of the
whole amount shall be refunded and 10% will be retained in the office as admin and processing
charge, provided that at the time of reimbursement the survey was not executed on the
ground. For cases that the property survey already started or executed on the ground and due
to any reason it was stop or cancelled a refund of case-to-case basis shall apply, in
consideration of the time, effort and labor spent.
5.H Mobilization charge is non-refundable if the survey team was already deployed for field works
and has reached the site. Otherwise, a case-to-case basis shall apply depending on the situation
if expenses already been incur.

Should you find this proposal acceptable, please indicate your conformity herewith by signing on the space
provided below and this will serve as our CONTRACT.
