1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to describe the methods to identify the applicable legal
and other requirements to which Company subscribes and that can interact with Quality,
Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the
Organization.
This procedure provides a system to track and have access to existing and planned
regulatory requirement, code of practices and other standards of performance that
established standard of due diligence that should be met.

Reviews of the legal and other requirement, within the constraints of the business
operating parameters, to identify the elements of the activities, products or services that
can be controlled and that can have significant adverse or beneficial impact on Quality,
health and safety and Environment Management System.
This procedure is established to identify the various types of legal, regulatory, customer,
and non legal requirements and to determine how they apply to the organization.
Top Management in liaison with QHSE Team is responsible for the implementation of
this procedure.

5.1.2 For the established Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management
System, the management reviews as part of the management review procedure in order
to maintain continual improvement, suitability and effectiveness of the systems.
5.1.3 A Legal Register is introduced with this procedure is used to manage legal and other
requirements.
5.1.4 The identification of legal and other non legal requirements and the evaluation of their
significance associated with the activities, operations, products or services considers
requirements such as provided by statutory and regulatory bodies. i.e.
5.1.5 Legislation, statutory, and regulatory requirements,
5.1.6 Industry codes of practice,
5.1.7 Orders issued by regulators,
5.1.8 Permits, licences, authorizations,
5.1.9 Court judgments,
5.1.10 Treaties, conventions, protocols
5.1.11 The identification of other requirements and the evaluation of their significance
associated with the activities, operations, products or services considers requirements
such as:
5.1.12 Contractual conditions,
5.1.13 Agreements with employees,
5.1.14 Agreements with interested parties,
5.1.15 Agreements with health authorities,
5.1.16 Non regulatory guidelines,
5.1.17 Voluntary principles, best practices or codes of practice, charters,
