1. You are holding in your hands the draft of the 2013 camp meeting schedule

2. Please give your observations on your camp meeting assignment before the end of the day in written.

3. Being a New Conference, everything Will Begin anew. Thus, We Will Not Consider the History of Your previous Camp Meeting Assignment.

4. Be reminded to speak to the theme

5. Meet Your Speaking Appointment Promptly. If Unable, Communicate In Time.

6. Remember too, to turn in your suggested topics for this year’s camp meeting lessons

7. We will need to look at districts’ own local lessons. Hence, send them to the conference stewardship department by June 30 th 2013.

8. All speaking appointments shall be met by the official Lusaka Conference EXCOM appointed speakers.

9. Promote quality camping facilities:

10. No grass and easily flammable building materials

11. Good public address system (PAS)

12. Lighting should be adequate and proper – both at the pulpit and the main arena.

13. The main shelter should be high enough (if covered on top) to give a good view of the presenters and for power point presentations.

14. Proper and healthful sanitation to be reached and maintained before and during the meeting [clean and safe water – proper and spacious toilets –
rubbish pits – food selling be regulated and must maintain hygiene

15. Remember to provide good and healthful food for your speakers. Good bed is not exceptional.

16. Procure Own Camp Meeting and Begin Putting Up Permanent Structures. Remember To Obtain Legal Documents For Such Camping Plots.
