    BUSINESS/COMMUNICATION SKILLS

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    There are two(2) assignments in this course. Answer both separately.
     Use font size: 12
     Font type: official
     Spacing: 1.5
     Number of pages: 8-10 excluding cover and reference pages.
     Each assignment carries twenty (20 marks)
     Due date for the first one is 13th May while the second one is 20th May, 2018.
     Assignments with plagiarisms will not be marked.

    1. With a help of a diagram and with relevant examples, explain how you would achieve
