This document facilitates the evaluation of Flatpack S rectifier module
LIGHTGD1 SCREW1-2
series at end-of-ilfe as input to external recycling companies.

Material Information and Disassembly Instructions

Recycling and disposal of the Flatpack S rectifier must be performed according to national and local regulations
for end-of-life treatment of Electrical and Electronic Equipment. All the electronic equipment must be handeled as *FAN
special waste. Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) must be handeled separately from other waste, and kept HEATSINK2
away from open fire. All work must be done according to good operating practices and strictest safety
standards, taking into account all relevant health and safety aspects.

1. Front and coding removal: 3: "Sub-explode 3":

Pull out LOCK SCREW. Use a screwdriver or similar to bend CLIP1-8
Pull up FRONT COVER. of HEATSINK1-2.
Pull out CODING pins. Unscrew SCREW1-2 with screwdriver x.

2. Removal of top and bottom:
Use screwdriver torx 6 to remove SCREW3-8.
Remove SCREW9-10 with screwdriver?
LIGHTGD1 and *LIGHTGD1 are to be
pulled off CHASSISTOP. LIGHTGD2 are to
be pulled off SEC CONTR.
