    FIRE SKID SOP

    Safety Precautions before operating Diesel Pump


    1. Properly clean the diesel pump.

    2. Must check the gauge on the by gravity line. If pressure

    is above 2 bars start the pump. If pressure is at 0 then

    valve is closed. Turn lever to on.

    3. Must check valve of diesel storage tank, both valve

    should be open.

    4.Check the coolant of radiator of diesel pump, incase no

    coolant is visible, fill the coolant.

    5. Check the valve of Foam (AFFF), valve must be closed.

    6. Check the power indicator and charge the battery of

    diesel Pump.

    7. If pressure is lower then 3 bars, start the panel on

    auto.

    8. Incase pressure is above 4 bars, then start on manual.
